It was Roop's 2nd birthday last week and he couldn't have been happier being a plant-based dog! Read our story below of the struggles he has had in the past before we found you...
Last year he started to have spots on his paws and they would swell up really badly. Towards the end of last year he had literally lost all his fur on his back, legs, ears and it had started to affect his tail.
Last year I had to change vets twice because they were absolutely horrible and second vet kept suggesting various diets for Roop, even though I explicitly told them I want Roop to stay vegan and meat does not agree with him.
We have been giving him your Solo Vegetable tins and kibble for a year, as well as making him lots of different home made meals. Exactly a year later since he started on your delicious food, he is thriving. He has become a lot happier, energetic and oh my goodness very strong and we wouldn't have him any other way!
I am so grateful for your advocacy, support and all Roop essentials. I was told by my vets that if he does not get better that I may have to put him down. I didn't want to give up on him, when he didn't let me give up.
I researched, observed and looked into everything he did and ate. Turns out he has similar allergies to me; hay fever and dust allergy! Just Be Kind Food has given him a new found energy and happiness, and I am so grateful to have my little labby back.
