Shipping Policy

We use DPD for most parcel deliveries over 2kgs. For UK mainland orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday, we aim to dispatch for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or over the weekend, will usually be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. 

Please note that next working day delivery only applies to UK mainland addresses. Please allow 3–5 working days for deliveries to non-mainland areas of the UK, including the Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland.

Sample packs are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.

Delivery Charges & Price Changes

The standard UK mainland delivery charge is £6.50.

Delivery charges for the Highlands, UK Islands and Northern Ireland may be higher depending on the delivery location. Northern Ireland delivery charges are currently £8.50 – £17, with the final delivery charge confirmed at checkout before you place your order.

Our delivery costs may change during the year in line with Royal Mail, courier and fulfilment price increases, or other external cost changes outside our control.

We reserve the right to update our delivery charges at any time without prior notice. Please check the delivery charge shown at checkout before completing your order, as this will confirm the current delivery cost for your purchase.

Once your order has been placed and paid for, the delivery charge confirmed at checkout will apply to that order.

We do not currently ship outside the UK. Please get in touch if you would like to place an order from outside the UK, and we will do our best to assist you.
