Elderly dog was going to be put to sleep for skin issues but transformed eating Solo Vegetal

"Dear Arielle

I thought I would share these pics of an elderly dog I fostered in January of this year. I collected Scooby from a very poor home where adults were struggling due to poverty and mental health. Scooby as you can see had a severe skin issue and when we took him to vets they also diagnosed a rod bacteria ear infection.

Due to him suffering they suggested PTS. I could not let this happen as he was such a gentle sweet old boy. So I built a kennel and fostered him. My collie will not have him in my home but I was determined to give him a chance.

What I really wanted to say was that from day one he was put on Solo Vegetal which I feed to Essie my collie together with daily Omega 3 algal oil. His ears were treated with medications by the vet. Initially he was bathed every other day with Malaseb to treat his sore red skin. I now bath him every 3 weeks with the petderm soothing soap bar.

As you can see from the pics I took today he is a completely transformed dog. Everyone comments on what a healthy dog he is. He is full of fun, very fit and loves life now.

This once again shows how health promoting plant based food is for dogs, so thank you once again for making this way of feeding so readily available.

He is also given so much love, fresh air and exercise. He is a joy to be with." - Jenny

Einkorn wheat is chosen for its antioxidant properties as well as being loaded with the essential nutrients zinc, iron, potassium, riboflavin, and vitamins B6 and A. All very important for heart and skin health. It also contains added Taurine, Methionine and a pure plant-based source of Vit D3.

Omega 3 Daily for dogs

What is in Omega 3 Daily that has helped Scooby's health so much?

Unlike typical fish-based supplements, Omega 3 Daily contains none of the toxic build-up of antibiotics, heavy metals and microplastics found in fish oils.

Each 1 teaspoon of Omega 3 Daily provides a whopping:
- 470mg EPA
- 330mg DHA
- Total Omega 3: 835mg

We have even included 0.2mg of the antioxidant powerhouse Astaxanthin from microalgae that krill and salmon eat to give their bright pink colour! Ideal to delay the signs of ageing in elderly dogs such as Scooby! (and it tastes delicious - just like salmon oil but without the salmon!)
