Plant powered dog Rufus

Just so lovely to receive this review from Rufus' Mum as we all know how hard it is to cope with a dog in pain and not find the right foods to suit them -

"After eight months of stress and uncertainty following a giardia diagnosis when he was only seven months old , we struggled with continuous symptoms of inappetence, reflux, sickness and tummy pain. I really believe that without your advice and food we would still be dreading every meal time and searching for a food he doesn’t react to.

We had tried all kinds of single proteins, novel proteins and prescription hydrolysed food, but the symptoms always returned after a few days.

Rufus now has a diagnosis of IBD and I really believe the plant-based food is so gentle on his tummy and gut and so tasty too. Rufus is now so much calmer and happier and everyone who sees him says how healthy and bouncy he is."

Which foods have really benefitted Rufus with his IBD?

"Following our consultations he is now happily eating his Solo Vegetal kibble and his rotation of home-cooked food (following your recipes), Give A Dog A Bean and Solo Vegetal canned.

Rufus is also enjoying plant-based treats and chews which really enrich his life! We couldn't be more thankful as a fully plant-based family and I love to tell people that Rufus is ‘plant-powered’!"
